Excellent Stay

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast at Grand Market Pavilion offered an excellent spread. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. the staff were attentive.
The gym is one of the best in the country. The check-in staff were very courteous and tried their best to give me a room of my choice. I noticed the towels were fairly shabby and had stains in the washrooms.

The hotel has a central location. It made getting around easy as local transport options are nearby, and the hotel is well-connected to key city attractions. Access to various shopping and dining areas is convenient.

Really good Service and Good Dining

Sneha escorted me to my room and answered all my questions. The in-room dining was quick. The food was hot and delicious. Chef Ranvijay provided me with a beetroot chilla recipe, a special touch I appreciated.
I encountered a small issue with the front office staff. The check-in process was delayed. This delay was due to numerous guest complaints.

the staff at the grand pavilion was great! sneha deserves special mention for her heartwarming hospitality and care. avartana restaurant was a highlight with perfect food and unique presentation. breakfast was also great, offering many options both western and indian.
the hotel can be quite busy, and this directly affects some services. i experienced a wait for valet service upon arrival, it was a bit inconvenient. i hope they can improve the efficiency during peak times.

the room size was really good. i appreciated the breakfast layout. it had excellent food quality! the pillows were very well matched and comfortable. i found this made a difference to my rest.
the front office staff seemed unprofessional. check-in took a very long time, and the receptionist seemed disinterested. i also found that housekeeping was disappointing. the room was not properly cleaned, and fresh towels were not delivered on time, even when requested. housekeeping staff seemed negligent.

the staff were friendly and they arranged a driver for some sightseeing, which i found acceptable.
There was no bell boy to assist with luggage upon arrival. This i found unacceptable. additionally, the towels in the two-bedroom apartment were shabby and stained. breakfast was chaotic, with long queues and frequent shortages of items.
